Send My Screen Away

Das kleine Programm Send My Screen Away ist im Rahmen eines Ludum Dares entstanden, da mein Kumpel koemii Lust hatte nebenbei YouTube Videos zu schauen, aber aktuell nur einen Monitor zur Verfügung hatte.

Aufgrund dieses Wunsches haben wir uns kurzerhand hingesetzt und haben dieses kleine Tool gebastelt.

Ihr könnt nach dem Start des Programm direkt eine Webseite eintragen oder später über das Icon in der Taskleiste die URL ändern.
Diese „Webseite“ wird dann immer gegenüber eurer aktuellen Mausposition angezeigt. Sprich solltet Ihr im rechten unteren Bereich eures Bildschirmes sein, dann springt das Overlay in die linke obere Ecke.
Diese Position könnt Ihr auch fest über das erste DropDown Menü eingestellt werden, genauso wie dort auf FullScreen geschaltet werden kann.

Auch die initial eingestellte Höhe und Breite lässt sich bequem über das Icon-Menü ändern, wie auch der Zoom auf die Webseite.

Ein weiteres Feature ist der Aktuelle „Boss Mode“ der durch die Tastenkombination STRG+SHIFT+D das Fenster verbirgt und ALT+STRG+P das Fenster wieder anzeigt.

Diese Features sollen später noch erweitert, angepasst und geändert werden. Wenn Ihr noch Ideen, wünsche Meinungen dazu habt, dann schreibt mir diese doch gern einfach in die Kommentare.

This small application „Send My Screen Away“ is created during one of the last Ludum Dares, because my friend koemii wanted to watch YouTube videos next to developing. Unfortunately he had only access to one monitor, so we decided to create this small application which allows to watch websites during working.

After the start of this app you can enter the website you want to watch (for example YouTube or Twitch) and this website can be changed later with the small icon in the task bar. This website will then be shown on the opposite side of your mouse cursor, what means when your cursor is in the bottom left then the „Overlay“ is located in the top right.

The width and the height of the overlay window can be set at startup or also via the small icon in the task bar. There you can also change the Zoom of the websites.

The newest feature ist the „Boss Mode“ where you can let the screen disappear with the Keycombination of CTRL+SHIFT+D and let it appear again with ALT+CTRL+P.
